This is the first Gargantuafest, hosted by Studio 7 of North Hamilton.

This year we are raising awareness for mental health in honour of our friend (RIP 2011) Corporal Justin Stark. He was a tremendous musician and a big reason we are all still playing music today.

We would like to help end the stigma surrounding mental health issues and it starts with open communication. This is the inspiration for our open jam, and welcome all to attend.

Donations are accepted and proceeds will be going to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA 138 John St. Hamilton)
